Creative Wellness Solutions Inc. (CWS) is the leading provider of customized workplace wellness programs in Canada. CWS was founded by Lydia Makrides PhD., an international expert in workplace health and wellness. We consult nationally and internationally and are the editorial office of the International Journal of Workplace Health Management, the first scientific journal devoted solely to workplace health management. CWS, through its research affiliate, the Atlantic Health and Wellness Institute, conducts research linking employee health and productivity. Our landmark studies like Project Impact have been published and quoted on a national and international level; we are currently completing the only research project in Canada evaluating the link between employee health and employer costs.
